Colonial Quarter Cocktail Crawl – April 20

The Colonial Quarter invites you for a unique tasting opportunity featuring the St. Augustine Distillery on Thursday, April 20 from 6-8 PM!

Crawl through the grounds of the Colonial Quarter learning about this 2.5 acre historic property while enjoying carefully crafted cocktails and complimenting food pairings.

This tour features stops at The Bull & Crown Publick House, The Taberna del Caballo, and ends with reserved seating at Justin Lee Partin’s concert at The Colonial Oak Music Park!

Pairing 1 – The Bull & Crown Public House

Bite: Middle Eastern spiced and grilled lamb skewer with cucumber lemon yogurt sauce.
Cocktail: Strawberry Basil Gin Fizz.

Pairing 2 – Taberna del Caballo

Bite: Sweet plantain wrapped in smoked bacon and glazed in BBQ sauce
Cocktail: Rum Grog

Pairing 3 – Taberna del Caballo

Bite: Smoked and seared North Atlantic Salmon on brioche slider with sweet ancho cherry mayo
Cocktail: Black Maple Old Fashioned

Single Barrel Bourbon Tasting

Next, venture over to the Colonial Quarter’s replica Spanish watchtower area for a single barrel bourbon tasting.

Colonial Oak Music Park Concert

After the tasting, participants will receive their gift bags and be escorted to their reserved area at the Colonial Oak Music Park for a concert by Justin Lee Partin!
